Getting the right kind of support can make a big difference for your short and long-term mental health and well-being.
To help birth parents find the support they need after an adoption, we’ve gathered many of the best resources available in every state including birth parent-competent therapists, support groups, and in-person gatherings.

In-person and online safe spaces where birth parents can connect with each other, share their adoption stories, and find empathy, acceptance, and understanding.
